TREVOSE, PA – January 21, 2013 – The Advertising Specialty Institute® (ASI), the largest media, marketing and education organization serving the promotional products industry, today announced it has promoted B-to-B publishing veteran Ed Koehler to vice president and associate publisher of magazines and catalogs.
Mr. Koehler joined ASI in 2003 as a supplier account executive. His most recent promotion was in 2010, when he was named associate publisher of magazines and catalogs. As VP, Mr. Koehler will continue to be responsible for advertising sales for all ASI magazines and catalogs. He now leads a team of 14, including five in China for Supplier Global Resource membership acquisition. He will continue to report to Rich Fairfield, chief revenue officer, publisher and EVP of marketing and user experience.

Mr. Koehler received a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. He has worked in B-to-B publishing for 26 years, including previous positions with Cahners Publishing and Putman Media. In 2009, Mr. Koehler was named a Salesperson of the Year by the B-to-B magazine and media resource, Min.
Mr. Koehler lives in Montgomeryville, Pennsylvania, with his wife of 28 years, Sandy, and their sons, Robert and Brandon.
