Bristol Man Charged with Exposing Himself at State Park
Refik Akin faces charges of indecent exposure and open lewdness at Neshaminy State Park.
On Wednesday, Aug. 29, Bensalem police responded to the parking lot of Neshaminy State Park for a report of indecent exposure.
A female from Upper Darby reported that a man, Refik Akin, 43, of Bristol, had exposed himself to her.
The investigation was referred to the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. According to Sgt. Jonathan Nederostek, the Trevose station is the park’s “primary Law Enforcement Agency due to it being a state park.”
Cpl. Joseph N. Altieri told Patch that charges will be filed in district court for indecent exposure and open lewdness, both misdemeanors. Akin was processed and released, police said.
