To congratulate Bensalem High School Drama Club for thier excellent work, the township council will name March 2013 as Educational Theater Month at tonight's meeting.

The Drama Club will present its rendition of Bye Bye Birdie at the school's auditorium Thursday, Friday and Saturday March 7 through 9 at 7 p.m., with a matinee at 1 p.m. on Saturday.

In addition to the proclamation, the council will discuss the following items at the Monday, March 4 meeting:

• Consideration of a land development plan at 1301 Bristol Pk, to be used for a technical beauty school
• Consideration and public hearing on amending the zoning ordinance to repeal the minimum dwelling unit size in the special citizen housing overlay and the continuing care retirement community overlay district
• Approval of developer's agreement with Costa Homes, Inc. and D.R. Horton, Inc./Wellington Estates
