D.A. Charges Chiropractor with Indecent Assault

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office today announced the arrest of Dr. Matthew Lieber of the Yardley Chiropractic and Massage Center.  Lieber faces charges of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault. 

According to a release, the charges arise from the alleged indecent touching of a 69-year-old female patient.

He was arraigned by Magisterial District Judge Michael Burns and bail was set at $150,000 unsecured.

The case has been assigned for prosecution to Deputy D.A. Nate Spang.  Spang said today that the D.A.’s Office is interested in speaking with any persons who may have had a similar experience of unwanted physical contact.
