Deer Causes I-95 Crash

Trevose troopers said a deer caused a crash on the highway in Middletown Township.

On Nov. 17 at 1:20 a.m., state police responded to the scene of a one-vehicle crash on I-95 southbound at exit 46A in Middletown Township.

Police said the accident occurred in the right lane when the front of a vehicle, driven by a 21-year-old Bristol man, struck a deer.

The driver was able to pull to a controlled stop in the right shoulder near the exit. He was not injured.

How do you know the deer caused the accident? Did you question him or assume it was his fault? And why do you have to post his picture on the site. He isnt going to celebrate the holidays with his family...
