Krispy Kreme is bringing its one-of-a-kind doughnuts to Bensalem with the grand opening of the Bensalem Doughnut Shop on Street Road, approximately one mile from I-95.

Residents of Bensalem and surrounding communities are invited to attend the grand-opening event beginning at 6 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 21.

The Krispy Kreme Bensalem Shop, 1729 E. Street Road, will proudly serve Krispy Kreme’s signature doughnut varieties, including the beloved Hot Original Glazed® Doughnut.

The Krispy Kreme Bensalem shop will have drive-thru access for doughnut fans on-the-go. The Bensalem shop will also have a kid’s corner, lounge area with a large flat screen TV and FREE Wi-Fi for customers who wish to stay and enjoy their sweet treats.

In addition to Krispy Kreme’s signature doughnuts, the Bensalem Shop will also offer their new line of delicious premium coffee, lattes, cappuccinos and iced beverages, as well as bagels and organic oatmeal with specialty toppings.

The Krispy Kreme Bensalem Shop will be Certified Kosher by K.O.A Kosher Supervision.

The grand-opening festivities will kick off at 6:00 a.m. and door prizes include:

• THE FIRST CUSTOMER through the door and drive-thru will each receive one free dozen Original Glazed® doughnuts every week for a year.
• THE NEXT 11 CUSTOMERS through the door and drive-thru will each receive one free dozen Original Glazed® doughnuts every month for a year.
• THE NEXT 20 CUSTOMERS through the door and drive-thru will each receive 20 free medium cups of Krispy Kreme Coffee (1 per visit).
• THE FIRST ONE HUNDRED CUSTOMERS through the door will each receive an official Krispy Kreme Bensalem T-shirt.

A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 10 a.m. with Bensalem Mayor Joseph DiGirolamo, franchise owners Keith Morgan and Brian Zaslow, and representatives from the Krispy Kreme Corporation.
