Local Man Charged with Bank Theft
The bank accidentally deposited nearly $70,000 in Joseph Bucci’s account and he spent it.
Bensalem police arrested Joseph Bucci and charged him with theft and receiving stolen property, both felonies of the third degree.
Bucci , 22, 3300 block of West End Avenue, Trevose, was charged with failing to return $69,300 that was accidentally deposited into his account.
Wells Fargo caught the error but by the time they attempted to recover the money only $2,000 remained in his account. Further investigation found that Bucci not only purchased food, clothing and furniture but also used the stolen money to purchase a vehicle, airline tickets and a pet dog.
Bucci agreed to turn himself in today. He was arraigned by Judge Falcone and released on $25,000 unsecured bail.

Who raised these kids? Kid's?, jerk is 22 not a kid anymore. Mtv, Jerry Springer, Oprah and numerous self help books "raised" these kids. Kids weren't raised, they were attended to.

Let's see you debate US at the next meeting. That is if you truly have the courage.
I DARE you to try to counter the following FACTS:
1. Paid fire department...continues to be over budget.
2. Paid fire department...paid firefighter attacks volunteer firefighter, township covers up the incident
3. Paid fire department...more accidents in the last two years then the rest of the fire companies combined
4. Paid fire department is still in violation of township ordinance
5. Director of Public Safety continues to refuse to explain the false and inaccurate information contained in the Townships SAFER grant application
6. Director of Public Safety never interviewed the victim of the sexual harassment by one of the paid firefighters
7. The township training center continues to crumble with no plan in place to address these issues
8. The township is heading for its third straight year of deficit spending.
Lie Your Way Out of This!!!

he has seen the choices his mother has made and pretty much makes the same ones...stupid ones. this kid was always like this. Greedy! yes it should be blamed on the parents for not really being there for when he was growing up and teaching him how to be greedy instead of right from wrong. His grandmother who practically raised him could only do so much.

Great comments. What do you think you would have done if you found this money in your account?

As much as I would've wanted to keep the money, I would have to notify the bank about the mistake.
It's one thing if $20 or $30 show up in the your account but $70,000, really?

I would of notifyed the bank right away. That way if it was an error then you wouldnt be in alot of trounble. However since he didnt notify the bank he's in trouble and have to pay the price.
