Lower Bucks Readers Pick Best Coffee, Breakfast
Pookie’s, Wawa and Village Mart were the winners.
It was an interesting week in Patch’s Best Of across our area, with polls focused on some of our favorite morning activities – breakfast and coffee.
One of the most heated contests happened in Bensalem where almost 4,000 votes were cast. When the dust settled, Pookie’s took top breakfast with more than 2,300 votes with Red House Bagels in second with more than 1,500 votes. “Pookies is the absolute greatest breakfast restaurant in Bensalem!!” user Jennifer Gajderowicz wrote. “The food is always fresh and delicious! And it is one of cleanest restaurant that I have been to!”
Coffee drinkers had their say in Lower Southampton and they picked Wawa has having the best cup o' joe. Robyn left a comment on the poll saying that "Wawa on Brownsville is the best...coffee the way YOU like it and friendly staff too!"
Levittown users like their coffee, too and picked Village Mart as the top cup.

wawa has the worst coffee--best coffee is my keurig brewer (i have 2 of them) have 21 different brews (all bold) as far as i am concerned, wawa, dunkin,starbucks, mcdonalds could al close up. (including 7/11) god bless my keurig machines

YOU NEED TO TRY THE COFFEE AT THE LANGHORNE COFFEE HOUSE, MAPLE AVE ACROSS FROM THE LANGHORNE HOTEL, NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE THE BEST COFFEE THEY HAVE GREAT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE!!
