Philadelphia police have asked the public's help in locating a missing man.

On Friday, Jan. 20, Michael Witts was last seen at approximately 3:25 p.m. at his residence on the 12000 block of Salina Place off Woodhaven Road.

Michael suffers from mental health issues and maybe operating a 1992 Tan Plymouth Sundance PA Tag# DTC-5024.
