Philly Woman Faces DUI Charges

State police make a drunk driving arrest in Bensalem.

On Oct. 19 at 1:37 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem.

The driver, a 28-year-old Philadelphia woman, was found to be impaired. She was given a blood test, processed and released.

She faces DUI charges in district court.

I don't understand why she was released why wasn't she locked up?
