On Wednesday, June 8, Bensalem police apprehended a fugitive wanted from another jurisdiction.
At 3:59 p.m., Johnnie Rhines, 56, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 3300 block of Bristol Road on an outstanding warrant out of Lancaster County.
Rhines was sent to Bucks County Prison to await Lancaster County Sheriffs.
