Police Charge 10 with DUI, Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct

Bensalem police over the weekend arrested 10 individuals for various offenses.

 

 

The following information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF file.

Between Oct. 25-28, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Oct. 25 at 11:52 p.m., a 25-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested in the 1100 block of Tennis Avenue and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Oct. 27 at 1:44 a.m., a 24-year-old Bensalem man and a 23-year old Bensalem man were charged with open container of alcoholic beverage in public in the 2500 block of Knights Road. They were issued citations.

On Oct. 27 at 4:33 a.m., a 19-year-old Philadelphia man was charged with underage drinking in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose. He will receive a citation.

On Oct. 27 at 9:37 p.m., a 52-year-old Bensalem woman was arrested in the 4100 block of Barnstaple Road and charged with Public Drunkenness. She was issued a citation.

On Oct. 27 at 11:26 p.m., a 26-year-old Bensalem man was arrested at Street and Richlieu roads and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Oct. 28 at 12:35 a.m., a 52-year-old Fairless Hills man was arrested in the 2900 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

On Oct. 28 at 12:48 a.m., a 22-year-old Bensalem man was arrested in the 1500 block of Society Hill Drive and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Oct. 28 at 1:47 a.m., a 29-year-old Drexel Hill man was arrested in the 5100 block of Hunters Court and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.

On Oct. 28 at 2:55 p.m., a 14-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with disorderly conduct in the 1500 block of Hampton Road. He will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).
