Police Charge Five; Charges Included Warrants, DUI, Underage Drinking

Bensalem police arrested five individuals over the weekend.

 

 

The following information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF file.

Between Oct. 20-21, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Oct. 20 at 2:02 a.m., a 33-year-old Bristol man was arrested at Street Road and Murray Avenue on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

On Oct. 20 at 3:13 a.m., a 25-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested at Street Road and Old Lincoln Highway and charged with DUI. He will receive a summons.

On Oct. 20 at 6:16 p.m., a 33-year-old was arrested in the 2300 block Bristol Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

On Oct. 21 at 3:13 a.m., an 18-year-old from Philadelphia and a 14-year-old female from Philadelphia were arrested at Street and State roads and charged with underage drinking. The 18-year-old was issued a citation and the 14-year-old will be referred to the Youth Aid Panel (YAP).
