Police Charge Four with Assault, Related Offenses

Bensalem police arrested four individuals on various charges including aggravated assault, simple assault, resisting arrest, trespassing, criminal mischief, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, underage drinking and retail theft.

 

 

The following information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF file.

Between Nov. 9-10, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Nov. 9 at 12:03 a.m., a 21-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested in the 2500 block of Grove Lane and charged with aggravated assault on a police officer, simple assault, resisting arrest, defiant trespass and criminal mischief. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $10,000 bail.

On Nov. 9 at 1:38 p.m., a 53-year-old Bensalem woman was arrested in the 500 block of Bristol Pike and charged with terroristic threats, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.

On Nov. 9 at 10:34 p.m., a 16-year-old male from Trevose was arrested in the 4300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with simple assault, harassment and underage drinking. He was taken to Edison Juvenile Detention Center.

On Nov. 10 at 9:15 a.m., a 31-year-old Philadelphia woman was arrested at the Boscov’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with simple assault, retail theft and receiving stolen property. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $15,000 bail.
