Police Charge Morrisville Man in Hit-and-Run Crash

Bensalem police investigated a crash that occurred near Lincoln Highway and the PA Turnpike.

On Oct. 16 at 7:48 a.m., Bensalem police responded to a hit-and-run accident at Lincoln Highway and the PA Turnpike, Trevose.

Police said the driver, a 48-year-old Morrisville man was arrested and charged with the following:

  • leaving the scene of an accident involving injury/property damage
  • failure to render aid/give information
  • driving with a suspended license
  • driving with suspended registration
  • following too close

He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.
