Police Charge Philly Man with DUI Crash

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

 

 

On Aug. 30 at 11:47 p.m., state police responded to a one-vehicle crash at Exit 35 of southbound I-95.

Police stopped to check on a vehicle that was pulled over. The trooper noticed that the vehicle had “heavy damage to the entire right side.”

The driver, Richard K. Jackson Sr., 47, of Philadelphia, was arrested for suspicion of DUI and various vehicle code offenses.

Trooper Joseph Krut investigated the incident.
