Police Charge Seven with Public Drunkenness, Disorderly Conduct

Bensalem police cited seven individuals over the weekend for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

 

 

The following information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. Where an arrest is listed, it does not indicate a conviction. For full details from the police reports including names, please click on the attached PDF file.

Between Sept. 29-30, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

On Sept. 29 at 2:47 p.m., a 52-year-old Levittown man was arrested at Byberry and Hulmeville roads and charged with disorderly conduct. He will receive a citation.

On Sept. 29 at 7:47 p.m., a 53-year-old Bensalem man was arrested in the 3300 block of Bristol Road and charged with public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

On Sept. 30 at 2:25 p.m., a 25-year-old Philadelphia man and a 22-year-old Trevose man were arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with resisting arrest, failure of disorderly person to disperse upon official order, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. They will receive a summons.

On Sept. 30 at 5:10 p.m., a 21-year-old man with no fixed address was arrested at Lafayette and Brown avenues and charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness. He was issued a citation.

On Sept. 30 at 6:05 p.m., a 60-year-old Bensalem man was charged with public drunkenness in the 500 block of Bristol Pike. He was issued a citation.

On Sept. 30 at 8:38 p.m., a 58-year-old Bensalem woman was charged with public drunkenness in the 3100 block of Knights Road. She will receive a citation.
