Police Make Five Wednesday Arrests

Charges included daytime curfew, retail theft and warrants.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Wednesday, April 18, made the following arrests:

At 10:53 a.m., a 16-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with violation of the daytime curfew in the 900 block of Bristol Pike. He will receive a citation.

At 1:12 p.m., Kristen L. Lawrence, 20 and Michael Hopkins, 28, both with no fixed address, were arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of a $500 fine each.

At 6:23 p.m., Tracey A. Barats, 38, of the 400 block of Dunksferry Road, was arrested in the 3700 block of Devonshire Place, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s.

At 7:30 p.m., Richard James Woelk, 29, of the 6600 block of Mayflower Drive, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was released on $5,000 unsecured bail.
