Police Make Four Tuesday Arrests

Charges included DUI, underage drinking, false ID to law enforcement, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

 

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Tuesday, July 10, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 1:24 a.m., a 15-year-old male from Bensalem was arrested in the 3600 block Knights Road and charged with DUI, underage drinking leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license. Juvenile criminal allegations will be filed.

At 10:20 a.m., Cody Robert Love, 22, of the 2000 block of Murray Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at Bristol Pike and Street Road and charged with false ID to law enforcement. He will receive a summons.

At 11:25 a.m., Bilal Tucker, 36, of the 300 block of E. Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 800 block Rockhill Drive and charged with retail theft and receiving stolen property. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $35,000 bail.

At 3:36 p.m., Matthew Thomas Harris, 23, of the 500 block of Main Street, Langhorne, was arrested in the 3400 block Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. He was issued a citation.

People dont learn always stealing. I used to work at 3400 Horizon blvd. Loss Prevention at Wal-mart and you be surprised how many retail thefts over a years time.
