On Wednesday, Dec. 7, Bensalem police made the following arrest:
At 1:32 p.m., David J. Gibson, 45, of the 5100 block of Tulip Street in Philadelphia was arrested on the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard and charged with retail theft. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail.
