Police Make Six Monday Arrests
Charges included warrants, retail theft, underage drinking and assault.
The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
On Monday, May 21, Bensalem police made the following arrests:
At 1:02 a.m., Jeremy Ferreira, 38, of the 4100 block of Glendale Street, Philadelphia, was arrested 2500 block of State Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.
At 12:20 p.m., 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old female, both from Philadelphia, were arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. They will receive a citation.
At 1 p.m., 16-year-old male from Bensalem was charged with smoking in a school building in the 4300 block of Hulmeville Road. He was issued a citation.
At 8:45 p.m., Eduardo Rodriguez, 19, of the 4800 block of Oxford Court, was charged with underage drinking 3100 block Knights Road. He will receive a citation.
At 9:20 p.m., a 17-year-old female was charged with simple assault and terroristic threats in the 1400 block of Gibson Road. Juvenile Criminal Allegation will be filed.
