Police Make Two Thursday Arrests

Charges included retail theft and public drunkenness.

 

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Thursday, Sept. 6, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 5:17 p.m., Elvira Marie Howe, 44, of the 4200 block of Aldine Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Boscov’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft. She was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.

At 5:22 p.m., Andrew John Monaghan, 56, of the 8300 block of Limekiln Pike, Wyncote, was charged with public drunkenness in the 3200 block of Trevose Avenue, Trevose. He will receive a citation.
