Police Make Two Wednesday Arrests

Charges included an outstanding warrant and simple assault.

 

 

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Wednesday, Sept. 12, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 12:01 a.m., Tenesha Virdell Smith, 25, of the 200 block of Robat Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 8:15 p.m., James M. Beningo, 33, of the 7800 block of Craig Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway, Trevose and charged with simple assault. He was released on $25,000 unsecured bail.
