On May 06 at 10:45 p.m., Bensalem police responded to the 2000 block of Brown Avenue for a report of a motorcycle accident.  

A preliminary investigation found that the motorcycle, operated by Justin Linder, 19, of Bensalem, was traveling east on Brown Avenue, lost control and contacted a utility pole on the north side of the roadway.

Linder was pronounced deceased at the scene. He was wearing a helmet. Drugs and alcohol don't appear to be a factor in the accident.
