Popeye’s Manager Sentenced for Groping Teen Employees

Eduardo Tomasek, the former Popeye’s restaurant shift manager who admitted groping several female teen employees, will spend at least 10 years in state prison.
According to a CBS story, Tomasek, 51, was sentenced in Doylestown Thursday to 10-24 years under a plea agreement. He will also be a registered sex offender under Megan’s Law for the rest of his life.
On May 23 last year, Bensalem Police Special Victims Unit arrested Tomasek for indecent assault, unlawful contact with minors, corruption the morals of minors and related offenses.
After a two-month investigation, Tomasek, a shift manager at Popeye’s Restaurant 2160 Street Road, was accused of fondling and inappropriately touching seven 15-16 year-old female employees and supplied some of them with gifts and money.
Tomasek, a former Florida resident, pleaded guilty a decade ago to sexual assault on a teenager there.

Cool!! One less perv to deal with! Now let's see if we can get rid of the ones on 2400 Byberry Road. This town needs REAL jobs in it, not hokey fast food jobs, where workplace conditions are disgusting, and its OK to sexually harass and abuse an employee.
