State Police Investigate Armed Robbery, DUIs

The following information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose Station. It does not imply conviction.

 

 

Between July 14-15, Trevose troopers investigated the following incidents:

On July 14 1:13 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound near Street Road in Bensalem. The driver, Pablo M. Crespo, 44, of Langhorne, was found to be impaired and faces DUI charges. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On July 14 3:35 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, Derrick Wagner, 29, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI. Trooper Robert Wagner investigated the incident.

On July 14 at 5:20 a.m., state police responded to the Luk Oil at routes 413 and 213 in Langhorne for a reported armed robbery. Police said a masked suspect entered the gas station with a gun displayed and asked for money in the drawer. The suspect then left the scene on foot. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On July 15 at 3:50 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Sergio E. Gutierrez, 24, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI. Trooper Kevin Lee investigated the incident.
