State Police Investigate Theft, Harassment, Counterfeit Money

State police investigate incidents at Parx Casino and SEPTA's Cornwells Heights Park & Ride.

Trevose troopers are investigated the theft of a pickup truck tailgate from SEPTA’s Corwells Heights Park & Ride station. Police said the incident occurred on Sept. 24 between 6:25 a.m. and 4:25 p.m. Anyone with information should contact state police at 215-942-3900.

State police stationed at Parx Casino reported that a counterfeit $10 was discovered on Sept. 26 at 8:35 p.m. when a 61-year-old Bensalem woman attempted to exchange the bill at the casino cashier.

State police responded to the 300 block of Main Street for a harassment call. A 21-year-old Hulmeville woman told police in November that she and her ex-boyfriend were having a verbal argument when he grabbed her by the throat. He fled before troopers arrived.
