State Police Make DUI Arrest
The following arrest information was provided by the State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.
On May 16 at 9:19 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 34 in Bensalem.
The driver, Charles Kochanski, 35, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated.
He was arrested, processed and released.
Kochanski faces DUI charges in district court.
