Why don't they report the names of the offenders anymore?

The police still report the names, but sometimes in misdemeanor cases, such as DUIs, the test results after arrest do not indicate drunkenness, or the arrest is overturned or even a conviction can be expunged. For those reasons, Patch often withholds names in misdemeanors unless all the information on each case is available or the circumstances warrant it.

I'm fine with the withholding of names. Given that the arrestees are not yet convicted it seems to me that they are due a bit of privacy at this point. On conviction, no privacy at all....such is the price for playing with fire.
