State Police Make Five DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

 

 

Between Sept. 12-16, Trevose troopers made the following arrests:

On Sept. 12 at 8:43 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at Exit 49 in Lower Makefield. The driver, a 43-year-old man from Newtown, was found to be intoxicated and arrested for DUI.

On Sept. 13 at 12:33 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 33-year-old man from Ringoes, NJ, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges.

On Sept. 13 at 3:02 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on Street Road at Hulmeville Road. The driver, a 33-year-old man from Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges.

On Sept. 15 at 1:23 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 25-year-old man from Levittown, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges.

On Sept. 16 at 1:41 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, a 22-year-old male from Trenton, was found to be intoxicated and faces DUI charges.
