State Police Make Two DUI Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police in Trevose. It does not imply conviction.

 

Between Feb. 10-12, state police from the Trevose station made the following arrests:

On Feb. 10 at 8:22 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding and other traffic offences on I-95 northbound at milepost 37.9 in Bensalem. The driver, Harold T. Carmichael, 51, 0f Bensalem, was found to be impaired and in possession of three crack pipes. His passenger, Blair T. Goode, 36, of Trenton, was also found to be in possession of three crack pipes. Both were arrested at the scene and face charges in district court. Trooper Stephen  Yanchis investigated the incident with assistance from Drug Recognition Expert Trooper Matthew Lopresto.

On Feb. 12 at 9:19 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 37 in Bensalem. The driver, Jagmanroop S. Pandher, 21, of Burlington, N.J., was found to be intoxicated and in possession of suspected marijuana. He was arrested, processed and released. He faces DUI and possession charges in district court. Trooper Stephen  Yanchis investigated the incident with assistance from Drug Recognition Expert Trooper Matthew Lopresto.
