Troopers Make DUI Arrest

The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.

 

On Feb. 11 at 1:24 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem.

The driver, Daniel P. Burke, 34, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested and faces DUI charges in district court.

Trooper Kevin Lee investigated the incident.

Mike: We receive regular police releases from Bensalem police and the state police Trevose station. We try to publish them as soon as they come in. Sometimes there are multiple arrests and other incidents. Sometimes there's just one or two. Just wanted to answer your question. Thanks for reading.

Why bother reporting this in a public place? There are no victims, injuries, etc. Might as well be reporting on every tragic/parking meter violation.
