On Wednesday, Dec. 14, Stanphanie Brewton, 45, of the 1800 block of Berks Street, Philadelphia, and Vanessa Nicole Moody, 36, of the 5100 block of Chancellor Street, Philadelphia, were arrested at the Macy’s Department Store, Neshaminy Mall and charged with retail theft and criminal conspiracy.
They were sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $70,000 bail.
