Since my wife and I have helping people jointly for over 50 yrs as personal trainers and owners of Philadelphia Private Gym. Here are a couple pointers to help out. First make an appointment to see your doc and get his / her okay to workout. Workout 3 times a weeks for three months. That is 90 days so make sure you do not get knocked off track. Eat every 3 hrs after you wake up and make sure they are small meals. You need to eat 5 to 6 meals a day. Drink about a gallon of water thru the day also. You
will lose 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 pounds per week. Keep yourself motivated and always push your intensity a little every time. Good luck and if you have any questions let me know and I will write a blog to answer your question.
By March 31, 2013 all my clients will be 25 to 30 pounds smaller and you can do it too.
