Two teens were charged with having tobacco on Bensalem High School property, police said in a recent blotter. On Tuesday, April 23 at 12 p.m. a 16-year-old girl was charged and issued a citation for having tobacco in school, police said. Then at 1 p.m., a 15-year-old boy was charged and issued a citation for the same offense. Having tobacco on Bensalem Township High School property is a violation of school rules. Over the past week, at least five teenagers have been cited with tobacco use on school grounds, according to Bensalem Township police reports.  In four separate police blotters, five students under the ago of 18 have been caught with tobacco on Bensalem Township High School property, which is a violation of school rules. Eight people were arrested and charged with retail theft over the weekend of Friday, Feb. 1 and Sunday, Feb. 3, according to police reports. According to police, Kathleen Michaud was last seen at 1053 Clinton Avenue at approximately 3:30 pm on Dec. 17.  Michaud is legally disabled with several physical and mental ailments, police said.
