Two teens were charged with having tobacco on Bensalem High School property, police said in a recent blotter. On Tuesday, April 23 at 12 p.m. a 16-year-old girl was charged and issued a citation for having tobacco in school, police said. Then at 1 p.m., a 15-year-old boy was charged and issued a citation for the same offense. Having tobacco on Bensalem Township High School property is a violation of school rules. Over the past week, at least five teenagers have been cited with tobacco use on school grounds, according to Bensalem Township police reports.  In four separate police blotters, five students under the ago of 18 have been caught with tobacco on Bensalem Township High School property, which is a violation of school rules. The students will all be issued citations. Seven minors were arrested and charged with underage drinking, according to a Bensalem Township Police Department blotter. On Saturday at 1:43 a.m., Bensalem police arrested and charged four teenagers and three 20-year-old's with underage drinking on the 2700 block of Lincoln Highway in Trevose, police said. Police made three arrests for retail theft at Neshaminy Mall on Friday, March 22, according to a recent Bensalem Township Police blotter. Just after 12:30 p.m., a 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with retail theft from Macy's Department store at Neshaminy Mall. The woman, who is from the 1200 block of Fairmont Avenue in Philadelphia will receive a summons. At 7:12 p.m. two people were arrested and charged with retail theft from Hollister store at the mall. Just before 5 p.m. Tuesday Bensalem Township Police arrested a woman and two men at Macy's Department Store in Neshaminy Mall for weapons offenses. Charges include carrying a weapon without a license, retail theft, criminal conspiracy with multiple criminal objectives and receiving stolen property, according to information on Bucks County's inmate database. Eight people were arrested and charged with retail theft over the weekend of Friday, Feb. 1 and Sunday, Feb. 3, according to police reports. Bensalem Police Department released a recent blotter that included six incidents of retail theft. A Yardley man was arrested in Bensalem for possessing prohibited offensive weapons, according to a recent police blotter. Just before 10 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 18, Charles Fisher, 42, of the 2300 block of Sterling Road was arrested on the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard. He was charged with possessing prohibited offensive weapons. Police told Patch that the arrest was linked to a retail theft. "He had brass knuckles and a spring loaded knife," Sgt. A Bensalem man was sent to Bucks County Prison for terroristic threats and more, according to a recent police blotter. Bensalem police arrested a 30-year-old man from the 3900 block of Windsor Drive on Thursday, Jan. 17, a blotter said. The man was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and disorderly conduct. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail. Over the weekend Bensalem Township police arrested two people with simple assault and harassment charges, according to reports. Just after 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 6, a 15-year-old female was arrested and charged with simple assault and harassment on the 1900 block of Park Avenue in Bensalem. She was taken to Edison Juvenile Detention Center. On Friday, Jan. 4 at 10:19 a.m., a 30-year-old woman was arrested on the 800 block of Cedar Avenue. A Bensalem man was cited for violating a township ordinance, according to a recent police blotter. On Thursday, Jan. 3, a 33-year-old resident of the 1200 block of Kings Lane in Bensalem was charged with a violation of a township ordinance that prohibits open burning. He will receive a citation. In addition to the open burning violation, Bensalem Township Police Department also arrested a 45-year-old New Hope man on an outstanding warrant. On Jan. 2 just before 9 a.m., Patric Suarez, 28, of the 1800 block of E. Albert St. in Philadelphia was arrested on an outstanding warrant.   Bensalem police are asking for assistance in locating a missing person. According to police, Kathleen Michaud was last seen at 1053 Clinton Avenue at approximately 3:30 pm on Dec. 17.  Michaud is legally disabled with several physical and mental ailments, police said. It was reported that she has not taken her medication for over a week.  Michaud is described as a white female, 53 years old, 5’10”, 250 lbs., with shoulder length brownish red hair.  She was last seen on foot, wearing a dark green jacket, dark pants, and white sneakers.
