A collaborative effort that started shortly after Blanca and Jesse had their second child, they are not only musical partners but life partners as well. Welcome to Jenkintown’s 32nd Annual Sunset 5K Run. Enjoy our 
beautiful neighborhoods, and celebrate afterwards on our town square.
Are you ready to run the Summit? This challenging tree lined 5k 
course winds it’s way through the borough of Jenkintown without crossing
 Old York Rd. One of the largest evening 5K runs around. Come on out 
and join us! Live Music, food and prizes for all age groups.
Run Benefits : The Kiwanis Foundation of Jenkintown.
Kids Dash is for ages 6 and under, and no registration is required. All children will receive a prize.
Open Team Registration: Teams of 4 are encourage to participate, but you can have more on your team and are encouraged to do so.
The run will be held, rain or shine.
Starting Line:
The race 
starts and ends on Leedom St by the Town Square. The Kids Dash starts 
at 6:45PM, Runners start at 7:00PM. We are doing corral starts this 
year.The corrals will be as follow: Under 7 minutes, 7-9minutes, 
9-11minutes, and Over 11 minutes.

Charlann Farms

Join us at Charlann Farms for our second annual Sweet Corn Festival on Saturday, August 3 11-5pm &amp; Sunday, August 4th 11-5pm! We love our sweet corn and really feel this sweet and crunchy symbol of summer deserves to be celebrated. This Sweet Corn Festival will feature corn-themed games/activities. A ticket will be required, but once inside, there will be live musical entertainment by the The Backbeat (Saturday) &amp; Local Honey Band of New Jersey (Sunday), our huge Jump Pad, barrel cart rides, and a definite favorite among the kids - our CORN PIT! Ofcourse, we will have food vendors here and you'll be able to eat our delicious sweet corn. We will have beverage vendors here. Be sure to have an appetite for the corn eating contest, corn shucking, corn hole, and more! Pony rides, food/beverages will be an additional fee. 
We will have chairs/tables, but you are welcome to bring your own lawn chairs/blankets to enjoy the live music. This will be a fun-filled weekend for everyone! 
Tickets are $9.99 per person ages 2 and up. A ticket gets you entrance into the festival grounds where you can listen to live music and kids can enjoy the Jump Pad, Barrel Cart Rides, Corn Pit and other games. Food &amp; beverage purchases are an additional fee. Pony rides are an additional fee ($10 per ride). 
The good times are waiting, the welcome mat is out, come to Charlann Farms for what is sure to become a SWEET new tradition for you and your family!
 
Carpooling and/or use of a ride-share service is encouraged.

Roman Doroshenko and Iryna Savushkina, Owners and Professional Instructors
Roman and Iryna bring with them their youthful yet charismatic dance skills. Their favorite thing about teaching dance is communicating with their students and seeing their growth and smiling faces.
Roman started dancing at 7 years old in his home country of Ukraine. Roman became a World Dance Council International Adjudicator whose mission is to inspire, stimulate and promote excellence in education. Roman has claimed many accolades as a nationally accredited dance instructor.
Iryna was a dance instructor in Cherkasy, Ukraine and graduated from the University of Culture and Art with a bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Ballroom and Latin Choreography.
Roman and Iryna taught Latin and Ballroom dance in Shenzhen China and for the past (7) years taught Latin and Ballroom and Social dances in the Fred Astaire Company.
Together, Roman and Iryna have personally secured top placements at a number of prominent Dancesport competitions in the United States, as well as internationally. 
Roman and Iryna&rsquo;s students continually brought home gold, silver, and bronze medals from some of the most prestigious and recognized Pro/Am competitions in the United States. They are awarded highly esteemed accolades for their performances in almost every competition they enter. Their incredible success has led Roman&rsquo;s former studio to receive countless Top Studio awards, helping them rank amongst the best, not only in the state of Pennsylvania, but nationally as well.
