Community Update

I was extremely upset this morning when I called this business to see if they had any appointments available today and the woman who answered the phone seemed nice until she asked me what kind of dog I had... I said Pitbull and she goes ahhh ummm I don't think he'll take pitbulls and I responded with well my dog is a good girl! She quickly asked the owner and he stated that no they will not take her bc she's a pitbull and his dog was bit by one!!!! If that's not poor customer service or discrimination I don't know what is!!!! So you mean to tell me every pitbull should be treated and stereotyped because of this one incident? Any breed can attack at every given moment! Your website clearly says you do not groom CATS or AGGRESSIVE DOGS!!! No where does it state PITBULLS, so maybe you should be more clear!!!! This is equivalent to hating one race because one person of that race committed a "crime"!!! I don't need your unprofessional service, but I thought I would give you a try since you're a local business! Have a great day!!!!
