It’s that time again. The weekend is just around the corner and, as always, we have scoured our Events Calendars for some local ideas on how you can spend your time.

Why Go: Join other local writers to discuss your trade and workshop whatever you’ve been working on. 

Pricing: Free.

Where/When: Levittown Fire Company #2, Sunday from 9am - 3pm. 

Why Go: Because it was cancelled last weekend. Come out for the cars, vendors, food, and more. 

Pricing: Free; $15 to register your car for the show.

 

PENN MEADE TRIAL 

Where/When: Pennsbury Manor, Sunday from 1pm - 4pm.

 Why Go: Bring the whole family to see the reenactment of the historic 1670 trial of William Penn and William Mead, charged with speaking the in street and sparking riots. 

Pricing: $7. 

 

MORNING CHESS 

Where/When:, Saturday from 10am-2pm. 

Why Go: Tired of the same old morning routine? Head over to the library to learn, perfect, or compete at chess. 

Pricing: Free. Open to all levels. 

 

BLUES TRIBUTE NIGHT 

Where/When: , Sunday from 6pm. 

 Why Go: Get rid of your Sunday blues here with a super line-up of blues bands and drink specials.
