How many drinks can I have so I won't be doing anything wrong? MAAD says one drink is impairment, and the law says that a police officer can arrest you for being impaired? What if I have two rum and cokes and someone goes through a stop sign and hits me??? I've been drinking, they are two old biddies , I'm in trouble!!!!
Can someone clarify?
