Community Update

My entire experience from start to finish was terrible. I made an appointment for my sister and I for hair for engagement ceremony day for us. The owner assured me the day before that she will be there on time at 7AM and I told her her I had to be ready and out of the salon by 9AM. The owners assistance did not showup till 7:30AM (who was supposed to do my sisters hair). Then after she finished my sisters hair she started my hair at 9AM. I did not get home until 10:30A!!! I had made it very clear I had to be on time for photography and videography for my event. The owner would not pick up my calls at all or the assistance. I cannot believe that I didn't even get an apology to explain why she did not show up. And it's a month later... and I still have not heard. This is unacceptable when the client explains the importance of it and they assure you that they will be there on time and is a NO SHOW and no explanation!! I will never recommend anyone to this salon ever again.
