Unity Week 2013 Highlights Bensalem's Diversity

Building A Better Bensalem Together's Diversity Committee's Unity Week 2013.

Building A Better Bensalem Together celebrated its 8th Annual Unity Week, in collaboration with MLK Day of Service, from January 21-January 25, 2013.

During Unity Week we highlighted the diversity in the Bensalem Community by going to various Houses of Worship to learn about their different faiths and beliefs.

The Houses of Worship that participated this year were: Scottsville United Methodist Church in partnership with the Feasterville Ministerium, Bensalem United Methodist Church, BAPS Swaminarayan, Mongkoltepmunee Buddhist Temple, Faith Unity Islamic Organization, St. Ephrem’s Roman Catholic Church, Tifereth Israel Congregation and St. Katharine Drexel Shrine & Mission Center.
