Neshaminy Mall's Chick-fil-A, along with 42 other locations, will host a father and daughter date night on Monday, March 4.
From 4:30 to 8:30 p.m., dads and their daughters are encouraged to spend some quality time together over dinner with a few special activities. During dinner, every dad and daughter will receive an activity sheet with questions and topics to help get the conversation started, according to a press release.
"Reservations at 24 of the restaurants are already completely full," Desiree Mahr, a spokesperson for Chick-fil-A told Patch. "Reservations still remain at the Neshaminy Mall location and can be made at www.daddydaughterdate.com,"
The father-daughter date night is just one way to promote community connections, which is one of Chick-fil-A's goals, according to Stew Butler, a franchise operator for the Quakertown Chick-fil-A restaurant.
"We understand the importance of father-daughter relationships and want to encourage Philadelphia dads to take a break from busy schedules, enjoy their daughter’s company over a meal and have fun!" Butler said.
Seatings are available at 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and reservations are required and can be made until Sunday, March 3. To make a reservation, visit the Daddy-Daughter Date website. The event is free to attend, but the cost of food is an additional expense.
