Local Retailer Offers New Fashion Label

Bensalem-based recently announced the July launch of its new fast-fashion apparel label, Loop 18.

According to a release, the proprietary label will feature figure-conscious fits with on-trend styles and silhouettes for junior sizes 9-27. Targeted towards a younger, more fashion-forward demographic, Loop 18 will be available exclusively at most Fashion Bug stores across the country, as well as online at Loop18.com.

"There is a growing need for on-trend clothing for young women looking for stylish pieces in this special size range at great prices," says Fashion Bug president, MaryEllen MacDowell. "With the launch of Loop 18, Fashion Bug will become the go-to brand for our younger fashion-forward, consumer, offering access to today's most popular styles at truly unbeatable values."

The release stated that Loop 18 would offer a varied assortment for the Fall 2011 season across key categories such as tops, jeans and dresses. The junior collection will focus on fast-fashion and will feature more body conscious fits to accommodate the current styles and trends favored by today's young-minded woman. The new line offers a youthful, vibrant take on everyday casuals, employing flattering dark denim washes and bold color palettes with bohemian-inspired prints exclusive to the Loop 18 brand.

By the end of July 2011, Loop 18 will expand its presence from 121 to 439 Fashion Bug stores nationwide. Fashion Bug stores carrying the label will feature dedicated "store within store" Loop 18 boutiques.
