  • Should I lift weights or do cardio?

Owner Pondeli Hajioannou, a Bensalem resident, has been training people since 1984 and opened the Private Gym in 2000.

Hajioannou told Patch that his clients range from regular guys and gals just looking to lose a few pounds to world-class athletes training for competitions.

“I’ve been doing this for a long time and have trained thousands over the years. I train all types of individuals,” he said.

He said he offers a free hour evaluation during which people can see the gym and discuss their goals and expectations.

“If you’re ready to start training, let us help you reach your health and fitness goals,” he added.
