Report Ranks 4-Bed, 2-Bath Home Prices

Bensalem ranked No. 88 in Pa.

A new Coldwell Banker Real Estate report compares the average home listing price of four-bedroom, two-bathroom properties listed on coldwellbanker.com between September 2010 and March 2011.

The 2011 Home Listing Report lists 2,300 housing markets in North America including 106 in Pennsylvania.

Penn Hills, in the southwest part of the Keystone State, was the most affordable at $99,776 and Newtown, Bucks County was the most expensive at $623,078.

On that list, Bensalem was ranked 88th at $378,124.

The average price in Pennsylvania was $292,491 compared to the national average of $293,251.

Markets included in the report were required to have at least 10 properties fitting the above criteria within the relevant timeframe.
