Software Company Relocates Operations, Staff to Bensalem

A large business software company has relocated its Bucks County office to Bensalem.

An international business software company has moved its Bucks County headquarters to Bensalem.

Epicor Software Corporation earlier this month relocated the headquarters office of its enterprise resource planning, wholesale distribution and human capital management business in the Americas to the Horizon Corporate Center in Bensalem, which is directly accessible from the Pennsylvania Turnpike as well as Route 1.

The new location shifted more than 200 jobs held previously in Yardley to Bensalem, according to a press release issued by the company. The move did not result in any job loss, according to Spokeswoman Kathleen Lang.

"In fact, we are poised for more growth, and the new building will accommodate that," Lang told Patch.

Donna Troy, executive vice president and general manager, ERP Americas for Epicor, said the company is looking forward to "being a part of the business community" in Bensalem and the greater Philadelphia area.

Epicor Software Corporation has nearly $1 billion in annual revenue and more than 20,000 customers in over 150 countries, according to the company.

“We selected the Horizon Corporate Center for its excellent access to major highways, public transportation and nearby amenities,” Troy said in the release. “It is a green, LEED certified building that supports our goals of environmental sustainability.”

The company will celebrate the new local office with a grand opening event on Friday.
