Where Can I Charge My Cell Phone in Bensalem?

If any Bensalem businesses want to volunteer their electrical outlets for use by powerless residents, leave your information in the comments section.

Are you like thousands of area residents who have lost power? Well, at least you can still charge up your phone.

The Bensalem branch of the Bucks County Library system is open so you can stop by and charge your phone, tablet or laptop and soak up the warmth. You might also read a book while you’re there.

A sign outside the library reads: "No power? Join us for games & puzzles."

One problem, however, is that the library’s Wifi is out so there will be no internet surfing during your visit.

The lirary’s hours are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 10 am – 9 pm; Thursday and Friday – 10 am – 6 pm; and Saturday – 9 am – 5 pm.

According to PECO's website, there are still more than 3,500 customers in Bensalem without power.

Bensalem Patch is also looking for local businesses that have power and would like to offer their electrical outlets for powerless local residents to charge up.

If you would like to volunteer your services, leave your business name and address in the comments section below.
