Boucher & James, Inc. Employee Receives Arborist Certificatio

DOYLESTOWN, Pa.  Landscape Architect, Valerie Liggett of Boucher & James, Inc. Consulting Engineers, received her arborist certification by successfully completing the certified arborist examination administered through the International Society of Arboriculture on March 29.

Becoming an ISA Certified Arborist® is a process individuals can choose to participate in to measure their knowledge and competence in providing proper tree care. This knowledge is demonstrated by passing a comprehensive examination developed by nation-wide experts on tree care.

As an ISA Certified Arborist®, Liggett will be responsible for tree and plant inspections, preparing specifications and plans for the protection of trees during construction, monitoring tree protection zones and inspection of landscape installations, tree preservation and longevity recommendations.
