Weather Service Adds Flash Flood Watch for Bucks
Those in flood-prone areas should be prepared.
On top of the existing severe thunderstorm watch, the National Weather Service in Mount Holly has issued a flash flood watch for Bucks County.
The watch is in effect until 11 p.m.
According to the Weather Service, while the flash flood potential is greatest further to the north, the threat also exists in this area. With one to two and one-half inches of rainfall possible over a short period of time, the flash flooding could occur.
