Sugar Blues Workshop

New

You Wellness will be presenting a free workshop titled “Sugar Blues” on March 23, 2014 at 7:00 PM at Tiger Schulmann’s Mix Martial Arts in Feasterville,
Pa.  Workshop presenter, Nancy Walters is a Bensalem resident.  The workshop is fun and informative
for the participants and will permanently change your relationship with sugar.

If you are like most
people, you may have some issues with sugar. You crave sugary snacks to give
you an energy boost or satisfy your sweet tooth, but you end up more tired after. You also notice other things such as not being your ideal weight, poor sleeping habits, or other health concerns like dull skin, headaches, or feeling
stressed.  This workshop will give you
the information you need to get a handle on what you eat and drink, not through
willpower or discipline but by understanding what causes those crazy,
uncontrollable cravings and knowing that you can reduce them naturally over
time.

Workshop
presenter Nancy Walters is a Certified Health Coach and holds a first degree
Black Belt in Tiger Schulmann’s Mixed Martial Arts.  Her personal journey from morbidly obese to
physically fit provides a great deal of insight regarding the mental aspects of sugar addiction as well as the physical effects it has on the body.  You’ll leave the presentation with a
completely different way to look at what you are putting into your body.
